"I truly enjoy how an unctuous, hedonistic wine turns into something both sweet and savory with age. Molasses and dried fig with butterscotch and toasted walnuts. Still energetic with vibrant acidity that helps keep this bright through to a long finish. My style of dessert wine. This will outlive most of us."

"Dried fig, nuts, candies fruit, caramel flavours in this wine that must be sweet but the slightly bitter savoriness dominates. Dark brown colour. Don’t think you can pair cheese with anything more appropriate. Notwithstanding it’s age it’s not tired and just delivers."
