"The 1993 Tokaji Aszu 5-Puttonyos is a blend of 75% Furmint and 25% Harslevelu that was aged in 220-liter barrels for 24 months. It has a lifted nose of mandarin and marmalade – not complex, but nicely focused and still vibrant after 20 years. The palate is taut and crisp on the entry, with bitter orange, Seville orange marmalade and apricot preserve. The acidity is crisp (9.6 grams per liter) and cuts through the 137 grams per liter residual sugar with ease, lending it a real citric bite on the finish. Drink now-2030+"

... refers to a vineyard in Bodrogolaszi. The Pajzos winery cultivates around 70 hectares there. Most likely, the Pajzos vineyard is related to the wedding of Anna Pajzos of Sáros to a member of the Dókus family in 1899. They have been prominent vineyards owners in Hegyalja since the 17th century. Pajzos might have been created partly from the Dókus estates.
