"The 5 puttonyos aszú from 1956 has historical significance. Its fragnance may be less intense than its successors', but the aromas of Dutch men's pipe and olive husks will compensate us for many shortcomings. The richness is even more intense in its flavors, the aromas of dogberry wrestling with quince jam - such pampering is winetaster's heart's desire. The fine, long palate underlines the harmonious nature of the wine, which is one of the greatest treasures in long-aged Tokaj wines. The deep chocolate coulour foreshadows the sweetness lingering after the tasting, which makes this wine particulary unique."
